Welcome to FFto100. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FFto100 website, mobile application, learning platform, live mastermind sessions, community spaces (including WhatsApp groups), and any other services, courses, products or content we deliver (collectively, the “Services”). By enrolling in any FFto100 course, downloading our app, joining a mastermind, or otherwise using the Services you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not enroll or use the Services.

1. Who we are / Contact

FFto100 (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides personal and professional development programs, live group sessions and coaching.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing access to a course or bonus, joining a live session, or using our app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents they reference (including our Privacy Policy). We may update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on the site and, where material, notified by email. Continued use after updates means you accept them.

3. Course Access & Delivery

• What you receive: When you enroll in the FFto100 course you receive access to the course content for the term you purchase (single course access or as specified by your plan), plus any advertised bonuses (mastermind sessions, calendar tracker, community access, app access, etc.) described at the time of purchase.

• Platform & app: Course content is available via our website and/or our mobile app. You are responsible for using compatible devices, internet connectivity and third-party accounts (e.g., app store, video platforms) required to access the Services.

• Availability: We aim to make content available continuously but may need to suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice where feasible.

4. Account, Eligibility & Conduct

• Account: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity originating from your account. Do not share passwords. We may disable or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enroll.

• Community conduct: Be respectful. Hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or any conduct that disrupts the learning environment is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content or participants who violate these rules without refund where warranted.

5. Live Mastermind Sessions, WhatsApp Community & Coaching

• Mastermind & group sessions: Weekly live mastermind sessions are part of the program as advertised. Sessions are scheduled in advance; recordings may be made available where appropriate.

• WhatsApp & third-party groups: Community access may include third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp). By joining you accept those platform terms and acknowledge that we moderate but do not control third-party platform policies. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

• One-to-one coaching / monthly coaching: If you purchase private coaching or a discounted monthly coaching package, scheduling and session policies in Section 8 apply.

• Community rules: Do not share copyrighted materials without permission. Respect privacy—do not record or share others’ personal information or private session content without consent.

6. Intellectual Property & License

• All course content, materials, videos, handouts, templates, designs, trademarks and related intellectual property (“Course Materials”) are the exclusive property of FFto100 or our licensors.

• Limited license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Course Materials for your personal, non-commercial use while you have an active enrollment. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, edit, publicly perform, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit the Course Materials without our written permission.

• User content: By submitting text, images, or other content in community areas you grant FFto100 a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of delivering and promoting the Services.

7. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

• Fees: Course and bonus fees are as shown at purchase. We accept the payment methods shown on the checkout page and reserves the right to change payment options.

• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees (VAT/GST or similar) associated with purchases.

• Pricing changes: We may change prices for new purchases but such changes do not affect fees already paid for active enrollments.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

We aim to be fair and transparent—these are our standard policies unless a different policy is provided at purchase.

Refunds

• Digital course access: We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase provided the user has not accessed more than 20% of the course content and has not downloaded premium bonuses or materials. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your purchase details and reason. Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after approval.

• After 14 days / heavy usage: No refunds will be granted after 14 days or once the access threshold has been exceeded, except where required by local law.

• Promotions & bundles: Refunds for promotional pricing, bundles or combined products may follow a different schedule—if so, these will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Live Sessions & Coaching Cancellation / Rescheduling

• Group mastermind sessions: These are scheduled events. If you miss a live group session no refund or credit is provided. Where recordings are available, you will be given access.

• One-to-one coaching sessions / monthly coaching:

  • Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are billed in full (session counted).

  • If the coach cancels, we will reschedule or credit the session.

  • For recurring monthly coaching subscriptions you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle. No refunds for prior fully-paid months, unless required by law.

• Changing or adding sessions: If you would like to add or change sessions, please email [email protected] with at least 7 days’ notice where possible to allow scheduling.

Minimum hours / overtime / finishing early

• Minimum session length: One-to-one coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

• Finishing early: If a session finishes early at the client’s request, the full session time is still considered delivered.

• Overtime: Additional time beyond the scheduled session will be charged at the coach’s pro-rated hourly rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. User Materials, Feedback & Tools

• You retain ownership of content you provide. By uploading or sharing you grant FFto100 the license described above to host and display it.

• Where we provide tools, templates or third-party integrations, you are responsible for backups and proper use.

10. Privacy & Data

Your use of personal data through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy (link: [Insert link to Privacy Policy]). The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

• No professional advice: Content and coaching are educational in nature and not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Seek appropriate professionals for those matters.

• No guarantees: We do not promise specific results. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, circumstances, and implementation.

• Disclaimer: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFto100’s total liability to you for any breach of these Terms or any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the Course giving rise to the claim in the preceding 6 months.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including lost profits).

• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold FFto100, its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or where required by law. If we terminate for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund except as required by law.

• You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected] (subscription billing rules in Section 8 apply).

14. Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been used without authorization, please notify us at [email protected] with sufficient information for us to investigate. We will respond in accordance with applicable laws.

15. Modifications to Services

We may modify, add or remove features, content and bonuses (for example, the calendar tracker, community access or app features). If a major change materially reduces access to core course content, we will notify active students and provide reasonable options.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming / USA - the jurisdiction where FFto100 is incorporated.

• If you live in a jurisdiction that requires different processes (for example, consumer protections in your country), those local mandatory rules will apply.

• For disputes we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve matters informally. If not resolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration as agreed or as required under local law.

17. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (payment processors, video hosts, social apps). You agree that those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies which you should review. We are not responsible for third-party actions or availability.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, pandemics, government actions, etc.).

19. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and FFto100 regarding the Services.

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

20. Customer Support, Feedback & Complaints

• For support, refunds, scheduling or complaints, please email: [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

• Feedback is valuable. By sending feedback you grant FFto100 a royalty-free license to use such feedback to improve the Services.

How to accept: By enrolling, accessing materials or using our app you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.
